Refund tickets
Please note:
1. In the case of a reservation without prepayment, the cancellation of the ticket takes place in cooperation with your personal manager. You must notify the cancellation in advance.
2. To get a refund for a ticket purchased in full in advance, you need to contact the manager and fill out the Application form.
The refund amount for the bus ticket depends on the conditions of the carrier and the time left from the moment of sending the Application to the departure. To clarify this amount, you need to contact the manager. The application is filled out, indicating the currency in which the ticket was paid for - download.
You can count on a 100% refund of the ticket price if the flight was canceled by the carrier.
We draw your attention to the fact that all fields of the Application must be filled in completely. The information must be complete, true and up-to-date at the time of filling out the Application.
Next, you need to scan/photograph the completed Application and the ticket and send it to us by e-mail - nikopol7sich@gmail.com with the subject "Ticket Return".
When paying in advance by card, cash refunds are not allowed. Refunds are possible only to the card from which the payment was made or to the card that you indicate in the ticket refund application. In case of loss or blocking of the card from which payment for the ticket(s) was made, it is necessary to add scanned pages 1 and 2 of the passport and the identification code (or a page of the passport with a corresponding mark) to the application.
Important! Without sending the completed Application, the ticket cannot be canceled and the money refunded. The refund period takes up to 10 working days.
